Eating galore
Well, not much a galore than a lifestyle change.
I've been thinking of the phrase... "Eat like a King for Breakfast, a Prince for Lunch and a Pauper for Dinner."
Apparently that's suppose to be a general guideline of good eating habit; correct me if I'm wrong. Anyways, been trying that out in the last couple of days. Just yesterday my "Kings" breakfast was two fried eggs and two pieces of toast. Couldn't finish a quarter of that meal as I was running late for uni so I left it in the fridge. Went to uni and for lunch I had leftovers (teriyaki-like chicken, stir-fry cabbage in garlic and rice ^.^ yummy!!) Straved like crazy from 12:30 pm until 9:00pm (well, I did have some chocolate snacks in between) and then for the finale dinner.... I finished my leftover egg and toast in the fridge!!
I doubt that that's what they meant of the phrase, but hey, it seems right! ^.^
