Responsibility of a leader...

Hmmm... some of you that read this post that don't know much about SGI may not understand what I'll be saying below so just ignore this post.

Anyways, got a phone call from a pioneer member (let's call her - A) who suddenly said that the Youth in the Region was the lowest (lower than scum in pond water - well, ok she didn't say that, but the amount of 'lows' she was spewing out made it seem like that) in the 'popularity' list.

First reaction in my mind was... deny all responsibility. Haha... I guess that's what most 'leaders' in society would do. And this bothers me a bit... isn't the role of a leader to serve the people? Aren't they suppose to take in any comments/suggestions with an eye of compassion and address the issues wholly??

Oh well, in an imperfect world one might easily just brush this complaint of as some old lady whinging...

Anyways, I'm just worked up -- I guess the complaint was just like the way my mother would nag me.

Hmmm... it's a bit late now... need to go somewhere now. Felt better unloading myself on this blog. Hehehe...
