"...tori Kong!!...."

Finished watching Peter Jackson's "King Kong" about an hour ago.

Kong is my favorite hero!!! ^.^

The movie itself wasn't bad and wasn't great. I think because the story was good, the movie didn't suck outright. Yeah, you get alot of special effect that really put me on the edge of my seat, but if it didn't had a decent story to go with it, I wouldn't have liked it... expect for the fact that a giant ape goes rampaging everywhere!! ^.^

There were moments of sheer boredom (especially the 1st hour)... makes you want to shout at the screen "get on with it!! I want to see mayhem and destruction!!"

Laughed at some scenes where a T-rex is trying to eat Ann and when Kong beats the living crap out of anything or anybody that tries to get in his way. He's one angry gorilla!!

I was cheering for Kong all the way through the movie - and felt quite sad when he died. I don't know why, but I have an urge to tell everyone that I want to be like Kong. Savage but with a good heart.... phwooooaaaaaaaaaarrrrr!!!!! ^.^
