Slow...??.... Crap...no time!!!!
Aaa~~aaa~~aahhhh~~~..... su-ka-re-ta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was me almost all of last week. All hyped up about the new job, but nothing to do. Well, it wasn't that there's nothing to do... I could prepare for my classes (ie planning on classroom strategies and management, pack up stuff, etc, etc...).
But... my devilish function has arised... I just sat back and let the waves of laziness wash over me. Started to download and watch Akihabara@deep... a JTV drama about otaku's in Akihabara who team up to 'protect' their city from various threats ranging from peeping perverts on cosplayers changing to suicidal clubs brainwashing innocent victims.
Anyways... felt really restless all of last week. But luckily one of my leaders in my region is a teacher and he invited me over to his school yesterday to give me something. It turned out to be some reading materials and discussion about what I might expect on the first day. It was great... I suddenly felt I had almost no time left or at least a bit invigorated.
That got me thinking and after mucking about this morning, I decided to call up Nhill College to see what was the hold up. You see, I am suppose to sign some papers to that I can get paid asap. But apparently the admin lady isn't back yet... probably either tomorrow or the day after. I managed to talk to the principal... he sounded a bit old... kind of scared me a little... I feel like I'm in high school again.
For some reason I feel that I'm at the bottom of the food chain of the school. I feel like some little kid way over his head in something he shouldn't be involved. For one thing, I'm a short stature asian dude. I probably have a higher pitch voice and the only sign of maturity or 'manliness' is probably the generous growth of hairs on my face. ^.^ But my gf hates my stubbles so most of the time it's shaved off... unless I feel reeeeeaaaaly lazy to shave.
Well, anyways the principal is going to follow up with the vice-principal about my case and I told them that I would like to visit this coming Thursday so please get a flat ready for me!! ^.^ The vice-principal would give me a call to confirm.
So, if I'm leaving on Thursday... there's so much to do!!!! I haven't even started packing, let alone cleaning up my messy table or even thought of what I want to bring to Nhill....
So much to do... so little time... sigh...
Well, at least it is a challenge for me to work on.
