I've joined the mortgage community

Just put down a holding deposit for a house today at the Aurora estate by VicUrban in Epping. So that's it; I'm seriously going to be in debt. No more nice splurges on my car. No more super fancy dinners. Well, not for the next 30 years.

Going to sign the land contract next Saturday, so I guess I can take the next seven days to let the waves of regret pass. To be honest, I'm a bit excited - so excited that I almost want the house to plop out of the sky the moment I sign the house contract so that I can move in immediately. Wouldn't that be nice?

So yay me. The poor me. Again.
